Beat Down Burnout

What is Your Organization’s Cultural Voice?

Just as you have a little voice inside your head that speaks to you, your company has a cultural voice. It speaks both internally and externally. Often, that voice is what both drives and reflects the culture of your company.

When was the last time you took the temperature of that voice? Is it attracting patients, partners and staff? Or is it driving them away? It would be good to know. Your cultural voice may be mis-identifying some providers as dysfunctional when, in fact, they simply aren’t being heard. It may be hiding members of the C-suite who are counterproductive to your mission statement. Replacing any of these people can be costly. When you bring in a bright new star, they may shine at first, but there is no guarantee that they will continue to shine a year from now, or five years from now.

Outside of Healthcare, effective communication is considered a cornerstone of corporate culture and corporate training-both in your backyard and around the world-for happy and productive partners and staff. Companies spend thousands of hours and millions of dollars annually, teaching their people how to communicate effectively both internally and externally. Why? This boosts income and retains satisfied patients, partners, and staff.

The secret is that you don’t have to spend that much money or that many hours. We have trainings that teach you our system and technology in 2-3 days for less than the cost of replacing a single physician; much less. What you do have to do, is reach out to me.  Respond my answering this email.
